1. Calcium zinc stabilizer
△ Product introduction: Environmentally friendly heat stabilizer, using calcium/zinc metal soap synergistic system, effectively inhibiting the thermal degradation reaction during PVC processing, in line with EU RoHS directive and REACH regulations.
△ Application areas:
Surface finish control of PVC door and window profiles
Food-grade PVC hose processing
SPC floor UV layer thermal stabilization treatment

2. Composite stabilizer
△ Product introduction: Multi-component synergistic stabilization system, integrating metal soap, organic auxiliary stabilizer and antioxidant, to meet the needs of different processing technologies such as twin-screw extrusion and injection molding.
△ Application areas:
High-speed extrusion production of PVC pipes
High-temperature molding of foamed PVC sheets
Continuous granulation of cable sheathing materials

3. PVC processing aids
△ Product introduction: Cubic ester polymers improve PVC melt strength by promoting plasticization, suitable for thin-walled products and complex structural material processing.
△ Application areas:
Construction of dense layer on the surface of PVC advertising board
Co-extrusion lock structure molding of wood-plastic composite flooring
Control of uniformity of wall thickness of medical PVC catheter

4. PVC lubricant
△ Product introduction: Internal/external lubrication dual-function system, internal lubricant (stearic acid) reduces melt viscosity, external lubricant (polyethylene wax) improves mold release.
△ Application areas:
High-filled calcium powder PVC sheet anti-sticking mold
PVC transparent sheet surface haze control
High-speed mixed pipe collection balance adjustment

5. Chlorinated polyethylene (CPE)​
△ Product introduction: Elastomer material with 35% chlorine content, which improves the impact resistance of PVC substrate through physical winding, and its weather resistance meets GB/T16422.3 standard.
△ Application areas:
Anti-bending reinforcement layer of building formwork
Improvement of low-temperature toughness of automobile sealing strips
Modification of flame-retardant cable sheath materials

6. Polyethylene wax
△ Product introduction: Low molecular weight polyethylene is refined by cracking, with a melting point of 102-110℃, and has both lubrication and dispersing functions, which can improve the compatibility of pigment/filler systems.
△ Application areas:
Masterbatch carrier dispersion medium
PVC calendering film surface smoothness treatment
Rubber product release agent base

7. Color powder
△ Product introduction: Inorganic/organic composite coloring system, migration resistance level of 4 or above, providing RAL, Pantone and other international color card standard color matching services.
△ Application areas:
Wood-plastic wallboard imitation wood grain coloring
Outdoor floor anti-UV fading treatment
Batch color difference control of engineering plastic products

• Co-constructed the “Polymer Materials Joint Laboratory” with University of Science and Technology, equipped with DSC thermal analyzer, torque rheometer and other professional testing equipment
